Method
1.Blend your ingredients: No matter which smoothie you decide to go for, simply put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy.
Tips
- If you prefer a thinner smoothie, use less ice and add a little more soy milk. If you like thicker smoothies, try using less soy milk and more tofu/yoghurt.
- To make your smoothies even better for you, try adding a handful of spinach leaves. You won’t be able to taste it and it contains stacks of iron.
